From time to time, the Oil Patch Research Group comes across private placements in the natural resource sector that it believes present interesting investment opportunities for some of its members. Some of these offerings are open to the general public.  Others are limited to accredited investors only (net worth, excluding home, more than $1,000,000 OR annual income over $200,000 for the last 2 years OR household income over $300,000 annually).  Typically, these investments have high risk/high reward potential.
